Day 20 . . . Scent . . . The Scent of Love in Action . . .

Last weekend we were at our daughter's house celebrating birthdays… Sherwin had requested his favourite Chocolate Bread Pudding. Sherilee asked what I would like for my celebration and I said, 'A Rainbow Cake, but you are too busy and we have had this pudding and don't need another dessert… let's do it another time'.

No, now was the time and the little cakes were delightful. One 'not-small-enough' cake for each of us. I loved the smell of the cakes baking, the smell of the sweet icing but most of all I loved the smell of loving action in the kitchen.

Thank you, dear daughter. Now I have had my Rainbow Cake.
