We didn't expect a Birthday cake last evening… but it was wonderful. My sister Rose surprised me. And I've always said one should make any celebration last as long as one can… milk it for all that it is worth! Start early… and just keep celebrating.
As the Chief (and apparently Only) Enforcement Officer at the Bureau of Holiday Observance Precision I would like to register mild disapproval.

I say a very late pfffft to the CEO of the BHOP. Seriously, any agency with the intials BHOP needs to be disregarded in entirety.
